Gmail & calendar integration

Activity Capture: RevOpsly reads your mailbox and primary calendar (read-only), stores subjects/snippets and plain-text bodies where available, and matches traffic to CRM rows when possible.

Requires GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID, GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET, and GOOGLE_REDIRECT_URI on the API server. Redirect URI must match the Google Cloud OAuth client (e.g. http://localhost:8002/integrations/google/gmail/callback). Calendar capture uses calendar.readonly; after an upgrade, use Connect Google again so Google can grant the new scope. If sync still shows “Calendar API forbidden”, open Google Cloud Console for this OAuth client, enable the Google Calendar API, then Connect Google again. Only the primary Google calendar is synced—create test events on that calendar (check the calendar name in Google’s left sidebar).
